David Calone, Esq., Executive Chairman

Mr. Calone is the CEO of Jove Equity Partners LLC, a venture capital firm that invests in and helps build technology companies in various industries. He serves as a director of nine privately-held companies located throughout the country and is a co-inventor on several issued U.S. patents relating to optimizing medical treatment. He has co-founded, operated as Chairman, and served on the board of directors for several other organizations dedicated to addressing land use policies, establishing renewable energy plans, and helping veterans start technology-based businesses. Mr. Calone served as a federal prosecutor at the U.S. Department of Justice and received the national “Attorney General’s Award” for prosecuting terrorism and international crime. He was also a Special Assistant Attorney General in the NY State Attorney General’s Office, where he prosecuted health care fraud and helped negotiate the largest Medicaid settlement in state history.

Chip Burgett, Chief Product Officer

Mr. Burgett has experience in managed care contracting, employee benefits, and provider network operations. He served as Senior Vice President at Aspirus, Inc., an integrated healthcare delivery system in Wisconsin, where he managed the physician hospital organization. He was also founding partner and President of Burgett & Dietrich (now HealthScope Benefits), a healthcare management company and administrator for Fortune 500 clients.

Terry White, Chief Strategy Officer

Mr. White has over 25 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry, including healthcare information technology, healthcare staffing, financial services, and cancer treatment centers. He has served as CEO of hospitals and multi-hospital systems in Hawaii, Colorado, and Maryland. White is a co-founder of Centura Health, Colorado’s largest healthcare system, with revenues of over $1 billion annually. He has also served as a healthcare consultant, turnaround specialist, and Board member.

Jesse Gomez, EVP of Sales and Marketing, Interim

Mr. Gomez joined BridgeHealth in January 2015.  He has more than 20 years of industry related expertise, having held several strategic senior leadership positions with different organizations. Mr. Gomez began his career in 1994 at Metlife and later held several leadership positions.  In 1999, he was the founder and served as the President & CEO for a full service independent brokerage firm.  Mr. Gomez sold the company in 2009, and began traveling extensively and occasionally offering his services as a consultant.  In 2012, he accepted a role as VP Sales Operations, Partnerships & Acquisitions for the insurance holding company of Perrine & Whitaker.

Mr. Gomez is a graduate of Fresno State University where he was also a member of the Bulldog football team.  He is married, has two children and enjoys golf, hunting, and fishing.

Andrew Dombro, M.D., Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Dombro has extensive experience as a clinician, educator, administrator, and leader in the medical community. He has practiced primarily as a hospitalist and has practice experience in both Emergency and Occupational Medicine. He served as Instructor of Medicine at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, CO. He most recently served as the Medical Director of a nationally recognized company that specializes in healthcare regulatory compliance and clinical documentation improvement.

Zeah Schlisner, Controller

Ms. Schlisner has over 8 years of experience in business administration, most recently as a Senior Accountant for Vibra Hospital in Denver, CO. Her experience includes a full range of financial reporting, accounting management, and budgeting for healthcare organizations. In addition, Ms. Schlisner was responsible for organizing capitalization of a $70 million hospital expansion in Denver.
